We encourage vendors to create an inviting and inspiring experience that festival goers will remember.
We’re looking for:
- Unique, quality items that will sell at Wicked Woods
- Creative and aesthetically attractive shops
- Professional festival vendors with experience, who are communicative and responsible
- Vendors who will contribute to the overall late night village atmosphere
- Those whose passion it is to make the vending experience unique and memorable for everyone
- Lighting at night is MANDATORY
Important Information:
Artisan Vendor Applications open on January 15th, 2026.
Artisan Vendor Applications close on March 1st, 2026.
All successful applicants will be notified by March 31st, 2026.
Please note, priority may be given to vendors who have previously contributed to Wicked Woods Music Festival.
Artisan Vendor Fees:
LARGE STORE: 20’ x 20' (4 spaces only): $1250 plus 5% GST.
MEDIUM STORE: 20' x 10' : $950 plus 5% GST.
SMALL STORE: 10’ x 10': $600 plus 5% GST.
MOBILE STORE: Fees & staff package will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Large & Medium Store Fees Include:
15 amp power allotment
Camping for up to 4 staff (with staff tickets) near your vendor booth or in general camping
2 Artisan Vendor Staff Parking Passes
1 Artisan RV/Trailer Parking Pass
2 Crew tickets
Small Store Fees Include:

*Vendors MAY purchase additional staff tickets ($250 plus fees and taxes).
These additional staff tickets will be considered on an individual basis and are subject to approval.
Terms and Conditions:
Required Hours for the Artisan Market are 11 AM - 2 AM.
Plan to arrive on time.
Vendors must be onsite within the specified arrival times.
Vendors are required to submit a list of items they intend to sell and will be limited to sell pre-approved items ONLY.
We reserve the right to restrict the sale of items that have not been approved.
Vendors and staff will be required to follow the Code of Conduct.
