We’re looking for:

- Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Sweets and Drink Options
- Companies that can handle food service to large crowds. Be prepared to work!
- Professional festival vendors with experience, who are communicative and responsible
- Those whose passion it is to make the vending experience unique and memorable for everyone
- Trucks or Trailers ONLY: Food service from tents is not permitted
- Lighting at night is MANDATORY
Important Information:
- Food Vendor Applications open on February 21, 2025.
- Food Vendor Applications close on March 31, 2025.
- All successful applicants will be notified by May 1, 2025.
Food Vendor Fees:
$3750 +GST
$200 Enviro Fee (refundable deposit)
Fees Include:
- Allotted space for food truck is determined based on unit size
- One 30amp 240v or one 50 amp 240v power allotment
- Camping (near your rig or in general camping)
- 2 Vendor Parking Passes
- 1 RV/Trailer Parking Pass
- 6 Staff Tickets
- 6 WW Crew Lanyards
*Vendors MAY purchase additional staff tickets ($250 plus fees and taxes).
These additional staff tickets will be considered on an individual basis and are subject to approval.
Terms and Conditions:
Plan to arrive on time.
Vendors must be onsite within the specified arrival times.
Vendors are required to submit a list of items they intend to sell and will be limited to sell pre-approved items ONLY.
We reserve the right to restrict the sale of items that have not been approved.
Vendors and staff will be required to follow the Code of Conduct.
