All new volunteers are required to pay a Volunteer Deposit.
Deposit Breakdown:$40 CAD non-refundable administration & environmental fee$360 CAD refundable security deposit, which will be refunded to the original purchasing credit card once all scheduled shifts have been completed and verifiedWe recognize that financial constraints can sometimes make paying the Volunteer Deposit challenging. A limited number of partial deposit reductions may be available to first-time volunteers experiencing financial hardship, subject to approval by Festival Management.Volunteers seeking a deposit reduction must complete and submit the below Deposit Reduction Application Form to be considered. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Each submission will be carefully reviewed, and our team will notify you of the outcome as soon as possible.Please note: Full Volunteer Deposit waivers are not available for first-time volunteers and may only be offered to returning volunteers in good standing, at the sole discretion of Festival Management. All deposit reductions must be approved in advance and confirmed in writing. All new volunteers must still fill the General New Volunteer Application Form to be considered.
